When you apply for financing, we also collect information required by our lending partners, including your Social Security number, employment history and income.
We automatically collect limited technical data when you use this website, including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages and the pages you view.
ZIP-code lookup is performed locally by our website. If you choose Verify Address, the completed address is processed through OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to return a matching location. If you choose Use My Location, your browser asks for permission before sharing coordinates for reverse geocoding. You may decline either option and enter the address manually.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, process financing applications, complete vehicle sales, provide service reminders, comply with federal and state motor vehicle regulations, and improve our website.

Data Security & Retention
We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and restricted internal access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
When you submit a Driver's License or State ID through the Purchase & Identity process, the images are used solely to verify your identity and prepare the Vehicle Purchase Agreement. Access is limited to authorized staff. The ID images are automatically deleted within 30 days after verification, or sooner when they are no longer required. Identity images are never sent through Telegram or ordinary email.
We retain sales and financing records for the periods required by federal and California state law, and retain marketing information until you opt out.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
